Now Hiring for Construction Administrator

We are currently looking to hire a Construction Administrator.

A Construction Administrator is responsible for supporting the construction group to achieve seamless execution of construction projects.

Duties Include:
  • Assist Project Managers in developing job letters for Field Foreman.
  • Locate local welding supplies for oxygen and gas cylinders.
  • Arrange for consumables that will be needed for each project.
  • Schedule delivery of job tool trailers from one project to the next.
  • Arrange freight services of any additional tools or supplies needed for a project.
  • Order and schedule any rental equipment that will be needed for a project.
  • Work with Field Foreman, Construction Managers and Purchasing to develop standardized tools that will be used by PTS.
  • Work with Purchasing to establish preferred rental rates for rental equipment.
  • Work with Purchasing to establish preferred supplier rates for tools and consumables.
  • Take part in weekly Level 2 Schedule meeting.
  • Promote all aspects of Total Quality Management (TQM) program.
  • Approve invoices pertinent invoices so they can be processed for payment.
  • Utilize experience and skills to identify opportunities for improvement of company practices and resources.

Salary will be commensurate with education and experience. PTS offers competitive benefits, including paid vacation and holidays. Health, vision and dental insurance plans and 401(k) with employer percent matching are available for full-time positions. PTS is an EOE.
