Leonard (Lenny) Phillips first started in the storage tank industry in 1994 as a Site Engineer with Pitt-Des Moines (PDM), a large industrial engineering and construction company specializing in storage tank construction. Over nearly two decades in the business, Mr. Phillips has worked as an Engineer, Estimator, Project Manager, Engineering Manager and Vice President for some of the largest tank-builders in the United States. Mr. Phillips holds a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University of Ithaca, NY, where he graduated with distinction in 1994, and holds the following certifications:

Jeffrey K. Sassic is Vice President and General Counsel of Phillips Tank & Structure. Before joining the company in 2014, Jeffrey K. Sassic was an associate attorney in a law firm that had one of the largest construction practice groups in the Pittsburgh region. Mr. Sassic has nearly a decade of experience as a litigator, and concentrated his practice in construction, surety, commercial, and business law matters. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005. Before becoming an attorney, Mr. Sassic was a manufacturing engineer for a Fortune 500 company that manufactured electrical products, and completed its Manufacturing Development Program. Mr. Sassic earned his B.S.I.E. from the University of Cincinnati in 2000.
