Phillips Tank repaired a glass-fused water tank tank located in Hawaii by replacing the bolted shell, and keeping the existing foundation, geodesic dome, caged ladder, and PVC overflow.

The corroded metal overflow, cathodic protection, and tank shell were dismantled. Because the geodesic dome was in good condition, it was lowered on jacks to reuse with the new bolted tank shell panels.

The floor was recoated to prevent water from seeping through the concrete floor. After testing for proper adhesion, any failed areas were recoated. New grit tape was added to the geodesic dome, and the existing caged ladder was reinstalled.
